The
Finnish
Spitz National Rescue is a nonprofit
organization and recieves no government funding.
All income comes from donations from individuals,
adoption fees, fundraising events, and businesses.
When you make a donation to the
Finnish Spitz National Rescue you are helping us
help Finnish Spitz in need. All of our volunteers
and especially our red dogs thank you for your
generous support.
Your gift helps fund important programs, including the
following:
Care of the Dogs: Providing medicine and care, vaccinations,
shelter, and food for dogs in our program
Emergency transport and
shelter for dogs located in life or death
situations, to get them to a safe location until foster care can
be arranged
Spay/neuter and treatment in our clinic
Microchipping
of all dogs to ensure they have identification
Animal enrichment programs
to provide support and training help to
all adopted dogs and owners and to owners of Finnish
Spitz needing
help with training issues
Support the Mitzi Fund
to provide for special needs Finnish Spitz
Public
Outreach to help educate people on the Finnish
Spitz dog,
understand their personality and needs, and determine
if a Finnish
Spitz is the right choice as the family dog
